As a full-time physiotherapist at a hospital and GP clinic in the UK, Sarah* was accustomed to being the one that people turned to when they needed help and healing. When she first started experiencing symptoms related to Multiple Sclerosis or MS, she was devastated. “I treated patients, and I wasn’t supposed to be a patient.”
Sarah’s story began back in 2009 when she became very ill after a Swine Flu vaccination that her cardiologist had advised her to take. Sarah had been diagnosed with a heart condition two years before, and at first, the severe side effects from the vaccine were believed to be heart-related. However, when tests proved negative, Sarah was referred to a neurologist. “I believe I was diagnosed (with MS) in late 2010 or early 2011,” she recalls. The loss of stamina and energy was the worst thing she had to deal with. “I had to have a lot of time off work.” It would be almost a decade before Sarah began to see lasting improvement in her condition.
In 2018, she began to use EEM to address her MS symptoms after watching a video on YouTube and reading Donna’s book on energy medicine. “I started doing the Daily Energy Routine every morning,” says Sarah. She also focused on doing some of the EEM exercises, especially tapping on the K-27s and the Zip Up, during the day, in between seeing her patients. At the same time, Sarah regularly worked with an EEM practitioner in the UK. “I had 7 sessions with certified EEM practitioner and wonderful soul, Clare Longstaffe,” says Sarah.
During the first three sessions, Clare worked on balancing Sarah’s chakras. She did grounding, spooning, clearing the clutter, K-27s, figure 8s over the solar plexus, and more. There was a breakthrough in the 4th session when Clare began working with Mingmen energy. From then on, Sarah noticed significant positive changes that were accelerated and amplified by her own dedicated, daily EEM routine.
A big part of Sarah’s recovery has to do with her passion and devotion to her healing. “I had done a lot of work with various exercises from Donna’s book, and I did the routines from Clare as homework from the EEM sessions.” Sarah had also made some changes in her diet before working with EEM. “I had started the Grain Brain eating plan to reset my immune system prior to using EEM, and I had seen a good reduction in symptoms and some demyelination reversal,” she explains.
Today, Sarah feels she has a life back. After taking early retirement from her job, she’s looking forward to figuring out what she wants to do next. “I feel fantastic and am very grateful to be where I am now.” Sarah is excited to share her story with the world so more people can experience a transformational healing journey like she did. “I was skeptical initially but didn’t want to start any form of medical management, so I decided to try the Daily Energy Routine in bed as that’s all I could manage at first,” she shares. “It worked for me; it could work for you too!”
