2021-22 Level 4 US classes are being held in San Diego, California one of the world's premier travel destinations.

Located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean in Southern California, it encompasses a wide variety of activities and attractions. From it's miles and miles of white-sand beaches, to it's vibrant arts community, to it's dazzling array of world-class attractions, San Diego has something for everyone.

Students are responsible for their own lodging, including making their own reservations (instructions below).

Dates and Times

Level 4: Advanced Protocols has two sequential classes - first Grid and then six months later, Regression. Classes typically start at 9 am on a Friday morning and end on a Monday at about 6:30 pm., however with rescheduling due to the pandemic, days/times may vary.

Regression: June 4 - 7, 2021

Dates for the 2021-22 classes in San Diego, California:
Grid: June 11 - 14, 2021
Regression: November 5 - 8, 2021

Tuition and Costs

The tuition for the 2021-22 Level 4: Advanced Protocols Classes in the US is $2345 per class (Grid and Regression), or $4690 for the year. Payment is due upon registration for each class. Registration opens approximately 10 weeks prior to the start of class and is available only to students who have been accepted to Level 4 via an application process. Tuition covers all of the class materials, use of a massage table, conference space, teaching staff, supervision, and ongoing evaluations to keep students moving forward in a competence-based learning model.

The tuition does not include dinners or lodging. Breakfast and Lunch provided on class days. The hotel provides free airport transfers from 5:00am to 9:00pm.

To Innersource:

  • Tuition per class
  • Late fees and/or paid extra mentoring may be required in special cases
  • Active EEM Practitioner status is maintained by renewing your EEM Continued Training Certificate via attendance of Continued Training courses
  • The above certificate and a current liability insurance policy are required to maintain a practitioner listing on the Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner Directory

To Other Agencies:

  • Hotel, transportation, and most meals per class
  • Appropriate travel and health insurance

Registration

Registration is online. After completion of an application process, accepted applicants will receive an email containing a link to the online registration form for this class.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and PayPal on our online registration form.

Pay Pal users: You will receive a PayPal invoice within 48 hours after submitting your registration form with PayPal selected as your payment . Your registration will not be considered complete until PayPal (or other) payment is received. Thank you!

Location 

The location of the 2021-22 US Level 4: Advanced Protocols classes will be at the Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island Hotel in San Diego, California. 

Located on San Diego Bay, the elegant Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island hotel provides unmatched comfort and service. This hotel is located just minutes from downtown San Diego and other well known San Diego attractions such as the San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, PETCO Park, SeaWorld. and the Seaport Village Shopping Center.

All accommodations are non-smoking. Each room has a balcony and comes equipped with a mini refrigerator, work desk, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, scald-proof shower/tub, LCD TV, free WiFi, and a Hilton Serenity Bed which features luxurious, allergen-free down comforter and pillows.

Hotel Amenities:

Amenities at the Hilton San Diego Airport/Harbor Island Hotel include free WiFi, an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service, a beautiful outdoor pool, airport shuttle, fitness center, business center, pet-friendly rooms, digital key, laundry/valet service, on-site convenience store, safety deposit box, and a snack shop.

Meals:

Level 4 students will be provided the following on each day of their classes (Friday to Monday):

  • Morning modified Continental Breakfast
  • Morning hot beverage break
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon snack/treat and beverage break

All other meals are on your own.

Transportation Information:

General Transportation

Students are responsible for making their own transportation reservations.

Airport Information

San Diego International Airport (SAN), 3225 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA.

Hotel Shuttle

For arrivals, complimentary airport (SAN) shuttle service is available between the hours of 5:00am-9:00pm. Once you have retrieved your luggage from the baggage claim and are at the Courtesy Vehicles area outside of each Terminal, please call the hotel (619)291-6700 to have a van dispatched. For departures to the airport a reservation will be required between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Service to the airport outside of these hours will be provided based on availability.

Ground Transportation

All major car rental companies service San Diego International Airport. Guest transportation is available through various taxi, shuttle van services (such as Super Shuttle), and ride shares (such as Uber and Lyft).

Covid Information

We are anticipating a lovely and safe class in California as we adhere to the state’s recommendations regarding social gatherings. We will be providing the following:

  • Thermal non-contact thermometers for each small group prior to starting each session
  • Non-allergenic disposable gloves as needed for personal use in class and/or small groups

Each attendee will receive:

  • Cloth face mask
  • Personal bottle of hand sanitizer

As for the hotel:

  • Hotel food service will be provided according to the latest protective guidelines
  • Hotel is complying with CDC and CA guidelines for guest rooms

California is re-opening under a phased approach so it is possible that some of these restrictions will have loosened by class time.

In case another "wave" requires us to cancel or reschedule the class:

If another “wave” occurs, which requires us to cancel or reschedule the class, you may request a full refund or rollover your tuition to a future date.  Your hotel room is subject to the hotel’s cancellation rules, but they have previously cancelled and refunded all reservations when other events have cancelled or been postponed due to the virus.
