2020-21 Level 4 US classes are being held at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, a warm and welcoming resort hotel in San Diego, California, approximately 30 miles from San Diego International Airport (SAN).
Rancho Bernardo Inn is a destination resort known for its exquisite golf, spa facilities, and exceptional cuisine. A true destination for the entire family, the 265-acre property features 287 luxuriously appointed guestrooms, three swimming pools, an award-winning spa and wellness center, signature restaurants, and extensive meeting and event facilities.
With unpretentious style and genuine warmth unique among the world's finest resorts, the property inspires conversation, reflection, and relaxation. And it is because of these characteristics that Rancho Bernardo Inn has been recognized time and time again by leading travel publications and industry organizations.
Students are responsible for their own lodging, including making their own reservations at Rancho Bernardo (instructions below).
Dates and Times
Level 4: Advanced Protocols has two sequential classes - first Grid and then six months later, Regression. Classes typically start at 9 am on a Friday morning and end on a Monday at about 6:30 pm., however with rescheduling due to the pandemic, days/times may vary.

Dates for the 2020-21 classes in San Diego, California:
Grid: October 2 - 5, 2020
Regression: April 2021 (details TBD)
Tuition and Costs
The tuition for the 2020-21 Level 4: Advanced Protocols Classes in the US is $2345 per class (Grid and Regression), or $4690 for the year. Payment is due upon registration for each class. Registration opens approximately 10 weeks prior to the start of class and is available only to students who have been accepted to Level 4 via an application process. Tuition covers all of the class materials, use of a massage table, conference space, teaching staff, supervision, and ongoing evaluations to keep students moving forward in a competence-based learning model.
The tuition does not include food, lodging, or transportation.
Students can expect to pay the following in Level 4: Advanced Protocols:
- Tuition per class
- Late fees and/or paid extra mentoring may be required in special cases
- Active EEM Practitioner status is maintained by renewing your EEM Continued Training Certificate via attendance of Continued Training courses
- The above certificate and a current liability insurance policy are required to maintain a practitioner listing on the Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner Directory
To Other Agencies:
- Hotel, transportation, and most meals per class
Registration is online. After completion of an application process, accepted applicants will receive an email containing a link to the online registration form for this class.

Pay Pal users: You will receive a PayPal invoice within 48 hours after submitting your registration form with PayPal selected as your payment . Your registration will not be considered complete until PayPal (or other) payment is received. Thank you!

Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego
Location: The Tranquil Rancho Bernardo Inn
The location of the 2020-2021 US Level 4: Advanced Protocols classes will be at Rancho Bernardo Inn near San Diego, California.
The accommodations at the Rancho Bernardo Inn feature all the amenities you could ever desire. In addition to breathtaking views of the luscious gardens, the guest rooms boast: private balcony or patio, luxurious linens and bath products, custom artwork, flat-screen TVs, ample desk space, and wireless Internet to keep you connected.
Each of the 287 guest rooms and suites are luxurious, spacious retreats with a variety of enhancements.
Students are responsible for their own lodging.
We have arranged a block of rooms at the Rancho Bernardo Inn at a discounted rate of $189 (Standard) per night plus tax.

All Rancho Bernardo Inn Rooms come with private balcony or patio, luxurious linens and bath products, custom artwork, flat-screen TVs, wireless Internet, mini bar/refrigerator, hair dryer, iPod docking station, dvd player, microwave (on request), iron with ironing board, and in-room safe.
Tuition includes a hosted Mix & Mingle lunch on Sunday, which is a great opportunity to connect with classmates, staff, and faculty. Snacks and hot drinks will also be available throughout class.
All other meals are on your own.
Students are responsible for making their own transportation reservations.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport to Rancho Bernardo Inn, approximately 30 miles away.
All major car rental companies service San Diego International Airport. Guest transportation is available through various taxi, shuttle van services (such as Super Shuttle), and ride shares (such as Uber and Lyft).
We are anticipating a lovely and safe class in California as we adhere to the state’s recommendations regarding social gatherings. We will be providing the following:
- Thermal non-contact thermometers for each small group prior to starting each session
- Non-allergenic disposable gloves as needed for personal use in class and/or small groups
Each attendee will receive:
- Cloth face mask
- Personal bottle of hand sanitizer
As for the hotel:
- Hotel food service will be provided according to the latest protective guidelines
- Hotel is complying with CDC and CA guidelines for guest rooms
California is re-opening under a phased approach so it is possible that some of these restrictions will have loosened by August.
In case a second wave requires us to cancel or reschedule the class:
If a “second-wave” occurs, which requires us to cancel or reschedule the class, you may request a full refund or rollover your tuition to a future date. Your hotel room is subject to the hotel’s cancellation rules, but they have previously cancelled and refunded all reservations when other events have cancelled or been postponed due to the virus.
