We asked our community a simple question -- how did you find Eden Energy Medicine? What came back were close to 200 incredible responses. In 2001, I was in a car accident that left me disabled and in chronic pain. I could not work, and was a single mother. I ended up moving from Boulder, Colorado to Port Angeles, Washington where my mother was, because she had a rental property where my son and I could live. A friend of hers, a local therapist, had taken some classes with Donna Eden and held a 6 week practice group learning the Daily Energy Routine. I signed up for the group, and then a few weeks in, my mother's friend found out that Donna Eden would be teaching an introductory class in Oregon. I went to that class, which was absolutely life changing. I knew then that I had found my people, and the work that would heal me; when I saw the Teaching Assistants up on the stage. I knew this was my life path. The first person I met at that class was Titanya Dahlin, and what was incredible is that we figured out later that not only had we both been living in Boulder at the same time, we were working within the same block that I also lived on. What's even weirder is that at that time, I had been actively looking for energy healing classes, and Donna was teaching classes in the area, at the massage school I had graduated from! But, I never heard about Donna until I left Boulder. I am forever grateful that I found her when I did.

Less than two years ago, I randomly came across a short video about the Five Elements. It was hosted by Dondi Dahlin. To be completely honest, at first I wasn't sure it was for me. I found it a bit over-the-top and theatrical, and I almost didn't continue watching. But then she did the restaurant scene, acting out each Element - I couldn't stop laughing! That was the moment she got me. I bought her book soon after. Then I looked up Donna Eden's work and before I knew it, I was IN. It still makes me smile thinking about how something I nearly scrolled past ended up opening such an important door for me.

I attended a seminar by Donna and I volunteered to help. When she arrived, she came to all the volunteers and gave us each a hug. I have never felt such beautiful energy.
