That's how it works for our Level 1 students. In just one year of our hands-on training, you'll be able to move and shift energy to bring about some powerful healing. You don't have to be gifted or special. That's because in our Level 1 classes, we take the time to train you in a healing method that anyone can master. You'll receive the personalized instruction you need to develop your healing skills.
Meet Your Teachers For The Next Year!
Our teachers are the best of the best - caring, supportive, and highly trained. All our Level 1: Fundamentals Teachers go through a high-level training program to qualify to teach Level 1: Fundamentals. The quality of your training is of utmost important to us and classes are intentionally kept small so you can get the individual attention you need.
Barbara is a retired community health physician, Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner, and Eden Method instructor. She has studied and trained in multiple healing modalities, and these inform her own unfolding, and are integrated into her understanding of how we heal and become whole. She is excited by the opportunity to share this self empowering journey with others, teach energy medicine tools to others in healing professionals as well those seeking their own lightness of being.
Deb is trained and certified as a physician, social worker, herbalist, therapeutic yoga instructor, certified acupuncturist, Compassionate Inquiry Counselor as well as an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and teacher. She is a passionate meditation, leadership and Heart Math instructor. She loves working with people in the healing and social service field and her mission is to spark and support the healing light that is inside all helping and healing professionals, students, and clients. In addition, her focus is improving health outcomes for those living with trauma, addiction and mental health challenges.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
We are not able to provide accommodations for students at the teaching site, but there are local motels, hotels, and AirBNBs not far away.
OTHER INFORMATION:
We will offer some snacks, including vegan and gluten free, coffee and teas. Students are welcome to bring lunch and eat without going out. There are a variety of restaurants within a five to ten minute drive if you prefer.
We are unable to offer any CEUs.

We meet in Barbara's home close to Mills College, with an inviting, small garden for breaks, lunch and some of our teaching and practice time, depending on weather. Also, be aware that she has cats.
