Home Study Course Cancellation Policy

Home Study Courses require that you attend a class LIVE or watch the DVD or Streaming Version of the class.

If you purchased a DVD or access to the streaming version of the class, our standard product return policies apply.

If you cancel the class, the refund policy for the class tuition is as follows:

• When you purchase the home study course you are given access to an account on EEM Central. If you cancel the course within 30 days (and before you make an attempt to complete the written test), you will be refunded the cost of the course minus a $25 administrative fee (this amounts to a $75 refund).
• If you have attempted to complete the Written Test and decide to withdraw from the course, no refunds will be available. Should you wish to retake the course anytime in the future, you will have to register again and pay the full price.
• Course cancellations must be received by email at [email protected] and will be promptly acknowledged once received.
• In the case of emergencies (death or injury) or catastrophic events (natural or accidental), you may contact Innersource to discuss your situation. In these instances, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
